Ashley, a native of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, earned her B.S. in Marketing with a minor in Advertising from Clemson University. After relocating to Charleston in 2007, she launched her career and went on to earn her MBA from The Citadel in 2010.

In 2016, Ashley joined Carolina One Real Estate, quickly establishing herself as a top producer. She attributes her success to a deep understanding of her clients' needs, exceptional communication skills, extensive knowledge of the greater Charleston area, and a tireless work ethic. In 2018, her sister Lauren Pejeau joined the real estate world, and together they founded the Magrath Pejeau Team. Since then, Ashley and Lauren have been passionate about helping their clients turn their dreams into reality.

Charleston's vibrant arts, culinary, music, and festival scenes make it a dynamic place to live, and Ashley is dedicated to ensuring her clients have the resources they need—whether buying or selling. With a full-time commitment to providing an outstanding real estate experience, Ashley is ready to assist clients in finding everything from beachfront vacation homes to properties zoned for top-rated schools.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband George, an ophthalmologist at the Medical University of South Carolina, and their four children. They live in Mt. Pleasant, SC, where Ashley enjoys reading, walking on the beach, playing tennis, playing mah jongg, and cooking.
